- BSNL withdrawn "International Tariff" for WINGS Customers. Recently BSNL introduced international tariff for WINGS customers calling from outside India to any number of any netowrk in India. It was a one time charges at the cost Rs.1499 to avail roaming facility for wings roaming customers outside India. Now the international tariff for wings customers is withdrawn.
