India's Telecom giant, BSNL had launched "New Entertainment Service" for all wireline ADSL broadband customers to enjoy unlimited movies, music, videos and games on pan India basis. BSNL is tied up with M/S Hungama Digital Entertainment private Ltd., to provide unlimited entertainment services to its esteemed customers at most affordable rates.
This new service is exclusively for Landline & FTTH broadband customers and available in all Telecom Circles of BSNL.
On behalf of BSNL, M/S Hungama provides mainly three types of services
- Movies on Demand(MoD),
- Music on Demand(MoD) and
- Games on Demand(GoD).
All Wireline Broadband Customers can avail this service by registering landline telephone number, choice of plan, name, e-mail and date of birth details in the website
www.bsnl.hungama.com. After post telephone verification, Customer opted plan will be activated and customer will receive an email with login details at the registered email address for start downloading. The activated plan monthly charges will be added to Customer Monthly Telephone Bill.

3- Adjustment on Games on Demand by M/s Hunganm
I am not availing the above subscription. You are requested that unsubscribe the above Sr. 1-3 immediately demand which are not my demand . Otherwise I will be bond to file my complain on legal forum and all the responsibility/ compensation will be born from you.

ReplyDeleteThis is very sorry to inform this but the services of the BSNL Broadband is not in the favour of Customer. I am highly unsatisfied with the services of your company. I have BSNL land line phone number 0171-2530072. In the current bill charged under adjustments for Movie on demand and Games on demand (M/s Hunganma) and music on demand. I never subscribe these services and i strictly don't want to continue the subscription. A Month back I got a call from hunganm to subscribe but I ignored and said don't want it, they said the first month is free, i never said to subscribe but they subscribed it for me and now in the bill I have to play 308 rupees for the thing which i never used.
Please unsubscribe it. I also call your toll free number no one is picking..
In this regard it is intimated that please take immediately action on this nor it will not be in the favour of reputed company like BSNL.
